Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract of sale between RoyalPrestigee and you will not take place unless and until your order has been shipped.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs inspections, or carrier issues.

2.5. Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@royalprestigee.com or (541) 412-7507 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the desired item when you request the RMA number. We will ship the replacement item to you once we receive the returned item.
2.6. Product Descriptions:
We strive to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions on the Site. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors and sizes of products may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.
If you receive a product that does not conform to its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund.
2.7. Warranty:
RoyalPrestigee warrants that its jewelry products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.

2.8. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall RoyalPrestigee be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

This Sales Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
